Today, as usual, my waking self, decides that I will walk the treadmill for 30 minutes and that I will follow one of the many diet considerations which are at my disposal. My "actual" actions are sometimes but almost never completed. I did, however start with a protein drink, and I weighed myself to discover that I had only gained a couple of pounds over the wreckless eating 4th of July weekend Hopefully, writing about this will help me pull together some actual change in my eating and exercise habits.
